Beer Bread
Ingredients:
3 cups flour
1 tbsp baking powder
3 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 X 341 ml beer bottle
Directions:
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl along with 1 bottle of beer
Bake in the oven at 350F
Open the second beer and drink it while continuously watching the dough rises (note: it may be sticky)
Options: you may add herbs and cheddar to the batch
