Mike Callaghan’s Pot Roast
Ingredients:
Eye of round beef roast
Whole onions
Carrots
Garlic
3 bay leafs
Salt
Pepper
Basil
Oregano
1 bottle tomato sauce
Bottle of red wine
“Horny Toad” blend
Directions:
Place everything into a slow cooker and simmer for 8 hours
Option: take the meat out, turn it up to high and throw in some green beans or a 1/2 cup of barley
