Mike Callaghan’s Pot Roast

Ingredients:

  • Eye of round beef roast

  • Whole onions

  • Carrots

  • Garlic

  • 3 bay leafs

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Basil

  • Oregano

  • 1 bottle tomato sauce

  • Bottle of red wine

  • “Horny Toad” blend

Directions:

  1. Place everything into a slow cooker and simmer for 8 hours

  2. Option: take the meat out, turn it up to high and throw in some green beans or a 1/2 cup of barley
